About the Greater Heights Area Chamber of Commerce
In 1988, several community leaders, including Norman Adams, Harold and Milton Wiesenthal, Jack Fields, and George Polk, Jr. saw a need for a forum to promote business in near-northwest Houston, and so the Greater Heights Area Chamber of Commerce was born.
Today the Chamber serves hundreds of companies from the Greater Heights Area and well beyond. We empower members to grow by providing networking opportunities, referrals, community exposure and business education. Through monthly breakfast presentations, luncheons, evening mixers, and other community events, the Chamber works to develop local commerce. The networking opportunities are boundless. Our Chamber website offers advertising opportunities to build your awareness and promote your business. The annual Membership Directory offers advertising space and serves as a business directory of our members.
We’re also very invested in the success of our community, working closely with local school, civic and charitable organizations. We have awarded nearly $400,000 in scholarships to deserving high school area students.
We encourage you to discover all the benefits of membership. And feel free to contact us for more details on joining our Chamber. For your convenience, you may also join the Heights Chamber online by clicking here.
