I am a Texas Real Estate Broker with 13 years of experience selling waterfront & coastal properties. Specialties include second homes, vacation properties, short term/long term rental investments, and buyer/seller representation. I am a “retired” vacation rental manager as the owner of Pointe West Properties, a vacation real estate brokerage. My team offered sales services plus turn-key vacation rental management solutions for owners. Pointe West Properties managed up to 55 vacation rental properties before becoming a part of Vacasa’s portfolio in December 2014. I am proud to have been a part of the company’s first Texas acquisition.
Before entering the real estate field, I worked as a high school chemistry teacher. I continue to draw on this analytical background as my talents include evaluating market data and other information for clients, ensuring I can always provide the most relevant and up-to-date knowledge necessary for getting a property sold.
