As a signature OCA-Greater Houston event, the annual “They Serve with Honor” Awards Reception & Charity Casino is dedicated to recognizing Asian Pacific Americans at work who contribute to civic and community affairs. This year’s Community Honorees and Outstanding AAPI Employees are Blood Bros. BBQ, Jan Kish, Rose-Ann Aragon, and Miya Shay. While honoring these individuals and businesses, we will also celebrate Lunar New Year and host a charitable casino to support OCA-GH’s ongoing work in 2023.

You and your guests will enjoy an evening of casino games such as Black Jack, Roulette, Vietnamese and Chinese dice game, Pai Gau, adult beverages, delicious food, photo booths, entertainment, and a silent auction all while giving back and having fun.

Check-in starts at 6:30 PM. Program starts at 7 PM.

Funds raised at this event support our scholarships and internships for student leadership development, outreach and education programs such as our citizenship workshops, legal clinics and even a pro bono legal resource directory that is distributed to various service agencies and community organizations.
