A.D. Players

Since its founding in 1967, A.D Players has at its core a mission to produce theater from a Christian world-view that engages a diverse audience.

Many of its early shows were written by the company’s founder Jeanette Clift George, and over the decades the organization has presented plays such as The Diary of Anne Frank, Lilies of the Field, Harvey, and The Best of Enemies.

With the George Theater (a stunning 450-seat auditorium just west of Houston’s Galleria shopping mecca), A.D. Players offers thought-provoking, engaging plays, and musicals—many suitable for all ages.
