I provide advice to organizations looking for cost-effective legal solutions. I am an experienced commercial counsel and risk advisor, specializing in complex commercial negotiations and transactions. I lead business negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk and ensure commercial viability. My expertise includes advising C-Suite executives on transaction risks relating to corporate policy, supply chain and purchasing strategy, international transactions, joint ventures, operating agreements, IP matters, M&A, global privacy regulations, antitrust, trade regulations, U.S. FCPA, U.K. Bribery Act, and other global regulatory policies.

I have substantial experience advising on corporate risk matters and have managed legal and commercial risk portfolios for several global organizations with an emphasis on commercial matters relating to supply chain and purchasing policies. In other roles, I was responsible for leading a branch of a major oil and gas service company located in Brazil. Experience

• Managing Member at The de Chermont Law Firm I currently provide counsel and strategic advice to Boards of Directors and C-suite executives with respect to legal, commercial, and regulatory matters.
