National Volunteer Week is April 17 – 23, 2022. Let’s celebrate! Every year this event serves three purposes.

• Celebrating and recognizing outstanding volunteers
• Connect with Houston’s vibrant volunteer community
• Promoting a sense of community + excitement through volunteerism in the Gulf Coast region

WHAT TO DO AT THE EVENT:

• Visit the nonprofit showcase
• Compete in live trivia for prizes
• Gather with fellow Service Year alumni
• Build a fold away student desk to benefit students in vulnerable communities
• Support food trucks with a cause
• Celebrate the spotlight volunteers
• Stop by the kid zone
• Donate blood
• Take a selfie on the red carpet
• And have fun!
