Tom Douthit, Executive Director – Toolbox
Tom assumed the role of Executive Director in March 2, 2020 – which he counts to be one of the great defining moments in his life. He loves to hear and tell stories about how men navigate the real stuff of life and how their faith in Christ informs that journey.

Tom will be sharing stories from his personal journey plus his passion and vision for Toolbox Downtown as we head into the New Year.

A longtime Houston resident, Tom graduated from Memorial High School, Texas A&M University and Dallas Theological Seminary. Tom and Celia have been married since 1985 and have 4 children, a daughter-in-law, 2 sons-in-law and 5 grandchildren.
