The community’s favorite taste of the town event with a local band, “celebrity” emcee, silent auction, lots of fun and delicious food.
**All proceeds from the event directly benefit workforce development of the hospitality/culinary industry through scholarship opportunities (high school & college level), aid for the hospitality program at Ball High School, and reintroducing the community to the important role our industry plays in our popular tourism destination**
Tickets (​21 & over only):
$45 for 1 or $80 for 2 in advance
$50 at the door
$75 VIP in advance only
Participants: Restaurants, suppliers, distributors, and tourism industry promoters
**All participants donate their time and food, they are not compensated**
Attendees: Members of the Galveston community and Bay Area

1st Place—Peoples Favorite (People vote),
2nd Place – runner up for Peoples Favorite (People vote),
Favorite Comfort Food, Favorite Mexican or Tex-Mex, Favorite Seafood/Fish, Favorite Italian, Favorite Creative/Innovative, Favorite Dessert/Sweets, Favorite Healthy Food, Favorite Presentation, Favorite Cajun, Favorite New Comer (first time to participate)
