HYBRID: “With high and rising rates of mental and neurological disorders — such as suicide and Alzheimer’s disease — brain health matters more than ever. Brain health is a critical aspect of human well-being, affecting cognitive abilities, socioemotional stability, and overall quality of life. The Baker Institute for Public Policy, Rice University, and the Texas Medical Center wish to lead in the brain science field and have an array of world-leading assets to succeed in this goal. But more collaboration opportunities with the Texas state and federal government are needed.
