This will be a LIVE section meeting. Parking at Regions Bank Financial Center is free in the garage under the building; signage in the main floor lobby will direct you to the meeting room.
Regions Bank has graciously invited Section members to a reception immediately following the meeting, which will include access to an outdoor area.
For those unable to attend in person, this presentation will be recorded, and Section Members may view the session digitally within a few days after the live session (a link to the recorded session will be posted on the Section’s website).
CLE Credit for later virtual attendance will be available for up to 10 months after the live presentation.
 
The HBA adopted the following policy for judicial campaigning at HBA events:
There should be no active campaigning, no literature distributed, no buttons worn, essentially nothing to indicate that a judge is in a contested race, and certainly nothing urging a favorable vote. Judges and judicial candidates may serve on HBA committee(s) and appear in HBA programs.
