Baby Snapper bathed in an achiote chili sauce, wrapped in banana leaf, with red onion ring epazote, tomatoes

Paired with Paloma Maya: Espolòn Tequila, fresh squeezed grapefruit soda and lime

Pork con Mole

Pork meat with a sauce of different peppers and spices, chocolate and nuts served with a typical tomato rice and refried beans

Paired with Margarita: Espolòn Tequila, Grand Marnier, simple syrup, lime

Camote Emmielado

Sweet potato cooked in a typical sugarcane candy, served with vanilla Gelato

Paired with Maya Mudslide: Grey Goose Vodka, Kahlua coffee, Baileys Irish cream Chocolate syrup
