Lessons include defending strikes, grabs and drags, hair pulls, chokes, being pinned on the ground, and more. We only include techniques that are simple, effective, and applicable to real-life ‘street’ scenarios against a larger opponent. Our course also teaches you how to be a high-risk target, deny attack opportunities, and recognize danger signals and predatory strategies. Students gain a toolkit of defensive options from boundary setting, to simple escapes, to using force when necessary.
