How to Build your Business into a Legacy

May 4, 2022 @ 1:00 pm2:00 pm

Join us for a session on how to build your business into a legacy with our special guests.

One of the concerns that every business owner has or will have over time, is whether and how to leave a legacy, for their family, their employees and to causes important to them. Building a business can be a challenging journey, but building a legacy can be even harder to achieve. Join a business succession expert and a founder who have gone through this process, to understand the stages of entrepreneur business development, the risks associated with each stage, and how legacy planning fits into an overall comprehensive business succession plan. Succession planning is not an event but a process – join us to talk about the important stages of the process and how they evolve over time.

Our panel will cover:

  • How to plan for the legacy impact you want your business to have in the next 20 -50 years beyond your tenure
  • How to retire out as a business owner (gracefully)
  • What kind of “exit” is ideal to maintain that legacy
