Get Intern Ready! Maximizing Impact Through Internships

October 5, 2023 @ 12:00 pm1:00 pm

Learn how to build internship experiences that will add value for students and businesses alike with Lehigh University.

Join us for a panel discussion to explore strategies for designing and executing high-value internship experiences for your organization. A complement to our Intern Ready Workbook for Managers.

In this interactive panel session, intern managers, founders, and students reflect on their internship experiences in an early-stage startup company. They’ll share their lessons learned, what worked best for them, and what they’d improve to create an impactful internship experience.

You’ll have an opportunity to

  • Hear lived experiences of intern managers, founders, and interns at early-stage companies around what makes a high value internship.
  • Learn strategies that are most effective for project scoping and onboarding students.
  • Leave this panel session with the Intern Ready Workbook for Managers that includes a set of reflections, exercises, and best practices from a dozen intern managers at early-stage companies.
  • Show interest in hosting an intern in your company.
