Did you know that you can make fresh cheese and butter easily in your own kitchen? Join us to learn how to make queso fresco-style cheese and home-“churned” butter! We’ll explore a little cooking chemistry and experiment with adding flavors from herbs and spices. You’ll also go home with ideas for how to use your creations in tasty recipes. 

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
