Kendall Pace Monroe has 15 years of development experience. She is currently the Chief Advancement Officer of a global oncology advocacy group where she’s currently overseeing a $40million campaign. She has a background in major gifts and planned giving, specifically in social services and health care. She is also the founder of The Way Home Adoption, a local agency dedicated to finding adoptive homes for youth in foster care. With both large scale and grassroots experience, Kendall will explore the dynamics of campaign preparation and execution. Kendall has a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and is a Certified Charitable Financial Planner.
