“BETELGEUSE+BETELGEUSE+BETELG😉” 🍕🍸🌟 – Midweek Meet & Greet

Hey Everyone,

So “spring has sprung” (or technically “will have sprung” – with the “official” start of spring tomorrow on Thursday March 20th 🙂). Combine this with the extra hour of daylight afforded by the time change back on March 9th,,,,,,, and ***it seems like* A GREAT TIME TO HANG OUT ON A PATIO DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK** ,,,, grab a hot slice of pizza and a cold drink ,,,and chill with old friends and new. And ***our location*** this week **DEFINITELY FITS THE BILL**.

Now, our regulars will *(hopefully)* get the reference in this Wednesday’s event title. However, those who are new may be asking *”What the heck is a “BETELGEUSE+BETELGEUSE+BETELG😉” ? Is it a restaurant ? A bar ? Or a club ?*

If you find yourself in a quandary – fear not – **THIS WEEK’S EMOJIIS WILL “SAVE THE DAY.”** So what do we have ? And what mysteries do they reveal ? ***Betelgeuse Betelgeuse is:***

1. 🍕 – a **GREAT PIZZA PLACE**.
2. 🍸- a **GREAT BAR** – OPEN EVERY DAY TIL 2 A.M and
3. 🌟- a **GREAT “CULT CLASSIC” HANG OUT** *with a really cool vibe.*

Named after the red giant star in the Orion constellation, Betelgeuse Betelgeuse is a neighborhood cocktail bar and pizza place with a unique sci-fi theme combining astronomy with a not-so-veiled reference to the Beetlejuice movie starring Michael Keaton from a few years back as well as it’s sequel Beetlejuice Beetlejuice released last year ***(the latter of which has a special significance for Yours Truly 😉😘)***.

**Fun fact – the culture surrounding Betelgeuse – *the star* includes a lot of history involving the afterlife that was source material for Beetlejuice – *the movie*, so there’s more crossover between the two than it would first appear.**
