Starting at the bottom in industrial construction several years ago, I understand the frustrations that can come with this work: poor communication, surprise change orders, quality issues, safety issues, lack of careful pre-planning, and so forth.
I now represent Great Basin Industrial in Houston and the Gulf Coast.
GBI is an industrial contractor. We work with demanding clients on complex projects involving tanks, I/E, structural, mechanical, piping, and rail. Our clients are concerned about contractor safety and quality. Many want a better experience with contractor communication.
