In collaboration with Ocean Music Action, the Houston Arboretum is proud to offer ‘Water in Harmony’: a program of music and hands-on activities to encourage mindful care of our oceans and waterways. Join Houston Symphony’s Principal Harpist Megan Conley and friends as they use music to inspire children to learn about the natural world around them. After the concert, we will go pond dipping in search of aquatic creatures, study plants that survive in wetland habitats and participate in water conservation demonstrations.
This class has SOLD OUT. A waitlist is available until filled.
This program is perfect for our preschool-age visitors and their families. Please come dressed for the outdoors, including closed-toe shoes. This is a family program; parents are required to attend program with children.
