This interactive workshop challenges participants to close the gap between what their company says and what it actually does—inside and out. In teams, attendees will be tasked with “forming a company” and crafting a Culture Brand Statement™: a single sentence that connects values to lived experiences for both employees and customers.
Through guided exercises, real-world examples, and stress-tested scenarios, participants will uncover how values drive behavior, how behavior shapes brand perception, and how to build a brand that people genuinely want to work for—and buy from.
Expect a high-energy, hands-on experience that combines creativity, collaboration, and practical takeaways. Attendees will leave with a clear framework and a diagnostic tool they can immediately apply to job descriptions, onboarding, and customer touchpoints to ensure every interaction reflects the truth of their organization.
