Houston Methodist Leadership Speaker Series at Ion – Dr. Shlomit Schaal

Join us at the Houston Methodist Tech Hub at Ion for for our leadership speaker series presentation by Dr. Shlomit Schaal.

Shlomit Schaal, MD, PhD, MHCM is Executive Vice President and Chief Physician Executive at Houston Methodist. She is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Houston Methodist Physician Organization. Her presentation will focus on physician group innovation.

Dr. Schaal will speak on the following areas:

1. Quality – access to patient care is quality
2. Clinic of the Future – how we run our clinics and incorporate efficiencies of practice
3. Focus on People – utilization of innovations within clinical practice (i.e., ambient listening, OR technology, huddle boards, etc.)
4. Fulfilment and Well-being – offering physician education, peer support, professional engagement, etc.
