Kyle’s personal, family and business journey has made him passionate about helping others move beyond success into significance.
Kyle invested the first ten years of his career with Exxon before moving to Koch where he eventually led the company’s energy trading and transportation business. He completed his Koch career as CEO of the Entergy-Koch joint venture and helped sell these businesses to Merrill Lynch and Loews Corporation in 2004. Kyle then entered a second season of business as an energy consultant with Entergy, Texon and CCMP Capital Advisors and as a board member of Enlink Midstream Partners and Ecovyst Inc.
Kyle also serves on numerous non-profit boards and is deeply involved in ministries involved with discipleship, evangelism and generosity. Kyle has been a vital part of Toolbox Woodlands since its inception. He and his wife Barbara are longtime residents of The Woodlands and have four children, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
