We will meet on Wednesday, March 20th, at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Houston Branch at 1801 Allen Parkway from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the formal presentation from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. For security purposes, you must register by Tuesday, March 19th at noon. Bring a photo I.D. for entrance into the Federal Reserve Bank building.
About the Speaker
Savannah Tufts leads the Research Team in the Houston market at CBRE, where she and her team provide data-driven market trends and the leading industry research. With her team, she tracks and analyzes key economic indicators and market performance to then deliver insight and predictive intelligence to landlords, investors, and occupiers of commercial real estate. In collaboration with Location & Data Intelligence Team and Thought Leadership, Savannah contributes to enriching CBRE’s broker operating platform and driving business development across all business lines.
As the SME for the Houston Office market, Savannah adds value through interfacing with global corporate clients in support of Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation. With the emerging Life Sciences market in Houston, Savannah also takes great interest in keeping her finger on the pulse of the diversifying industry found in our growing MSA and advancing her expertise on the commercial real estate impact.
Savannah joined CBRE in 2021 following her time as Senior Research Analyst at JLL. Her professional background leading up to JLL encompasses more than ten years of industry experience, advancing her market research background with the top commercial real estate firms.
