Jennifer Bell Business Development Manager @Advancial Federal Credit UnionJennifer has over 20 years of financial industry experience and specializes in assisting employers with the implementation of corporate financial wellness programs. Her experience includes developing and improving financial benefits, onboarding and implementing custom financial wellness programs into reward, benefit, and vendor platforms. She frequently serves as a speaker on personal finance and employee benefit plan topics. Jennifer graduated with a BBA from Texas Tech University, is a Certified Credit Union Executive; a designation earned through The Southwest CUNA Management School, and a Certified Financial Education Instructor with the National Financial Educators Council. Jennifer is most passionate about improving financial empowerment. She regularly volunteers her time with organizations like HR Houston and currently sits on the Organizational Review Board for United Way-Houston and is the President of the Houston Chapter of Worldwide Employee Benefits Network

Natalie Storrs Business Development Manager @Advancial Federal Credit UnionNatalie Storrs manages Business Development for Advancial, an employee’s credit union exclusively serving employer and association partners to provide financial wellness benefits to their employees or members. Natalie delivers Advancial’s financial wellness messages that speak to the everyday stressors people endure regarding money matters. These might be managing a paycheck, building financial confidence in your family, or how to protect your money and your identity. She believes there’s a financial well-being message for everyone, no matter where they are in their financial journey. Natalie currently serves as Membership Chair for DallasHR Member Engagement Committee and is a member of DallasHR Strategic Marketing Committee. She was recognized by DallasHR as Volunteer of the Year in 2019. Natalie also sits on the Advisory Board for the Global Chamber of Commerce in Dallas.

Lacey Maynor Community Development Manager @Advancial Federal Credit UnionLacey Maynor is the Community Development Manager with Advancial. She advocates for financial wellness in the workplace by partnering with local businesses and organizations to help employees and members reach financial security. She is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXI, a 2019 20 Under 40 Honoree and has served on the boards of One Acadiana, the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Institute of Acadiana and the Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management. She is very active with local business organizations and has an extensive background in the non-profit sector. Lacey is lifelong Lafayette resident and holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Since 2017, Lacey has helped 45 Acadiana area businesses and organizations customize and implement financial wellness programs for their stakeholders.
