The Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation is an educational organization whose purpose is to raise money for scholarships for college/university students studying in the field of food, nutrition, and dietetics. The Texas Academy Foundation operates separately from the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization. All contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible.
Since its conception in 1983, TANDF has awarded over 594 scholarships and $508,566 to deserving Texas dietetic students. Given the support of our generous scholarship donors, industry companies, and Texas Academy members last year, TANDF was able to provide $19,345 in scholarships in the spring of 2019.
