Col. Phil Waldron and Russ Ramsland will be presenting information regarding national and local election data and issues that have been prevalent for years. Many election issues worsened during the 2020 elections. Other speakers will discuss the local elections and as well as how politicans in both parties have overseen a corrupted system.

Col. Phil Waldron served in the United States Army for 30 years, and is a decorated combat veteran. He has extensive operational experience in Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Strategic Communications, Joint Information Operations, Special TechnicalOperations, Cyber/Computer Network Operations, OPSEC, All-Source Intelligence analysis, Unconventional Warfare, and Operations Integration. Starting his career as an Air Cavalry Officer and completing his career as a Joint Operations Officer, Col. Waldron has commanded, operated and led from the tactical to strategic levels, and has extensive experience in the Middle-East and Afghanistan. Col. Phil Waldron has spoken at many election cybersecurity conferences recently. He has also testified before state legislatures and as an expert for election litigation related to the 2020 elections and testified at hearings in many states.

Russ Ramsland is a licensed private investigator who is also an international businessman, entrepreneur and consultant. He has unique government experience from serving on Capitol Hill for Chairman George Mahon to working with the Reagan White House and NASA as he operated a team of MIT physicists to develop new semi-conductor materials on the U.S. Space Shuttle for the Strategic Defense Initiative. He is one of the founding members of Allied Security Operations Group (“ASOG”), a company that is best described as a cyber security firm serving both private and government concerns with worldwide capabilities. In 2018 it began to investigate the U.S. election systems and has become one of the leading entities in the country as to understanding all the cyber vulnerabilities that lie within it and the legal, political and media strategies that must be incorporated into any efforts to reform it. He lives in Dallas and is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
