She spoke with Executives, Assistants, HR Professionals, Recruiters, and Leadership Experts and they told her their experiences about what is really going on in the workplace. Staff Matters shares their words and their stories that ring with familiarity. Knowing the truth will enable the staff, together, to find their voice and finally fix what’s broken.
In 21 chapters, the book dives deeply into cultures of respect and disrespect, toxic work environments, the challenges of remote work, gender discrimination, the wage gap, onboarding systems, and dysfunctional management and so much more.
