How to prepare for a KBW networking event:

• Pack plenty of business cards or have your digital (QR) code all spruced up!
• Prepare your elevator pitch in advance. See our elevator pitch mad lib below for help constructing your elevator pitch. Don’t worry about getting it perfect. The more events you attend the better you’ll get at delivering it.
• Set a intentions or goals for what you’d like accomplish at this event
• Remember networking is about creating a win-win community. When you approach it from this angle, you put out good vibes.
• Dress to impress in a business chic way. KBW is all about building content. Show your audience and market that you are in the community, you invest in yourself, and you’re an industry leader.
