[HYBRID] Touching the Edge of Space – Monthly North Houston Space Society

Come learn about High Altitude Balloons that are able to get to the edge of our atmosphere allowing for you to see the curvature of the Earth and the blackness of space. Researchers, students, and individuals can launch High Altitude Balloons. Clint Tomsen has done this many times and will share his experiences.
(I’d like for our group to do a high altitude balloon project… so this will help us get started)
