Luxury Meetings focuses on bringing qualified meeting planners who are located within a 45-min drive radius of the host property, (however, many times we have planners drive in from further than that), to meet with some of the world’s best Hotels, Resorts, & Destinations, for the sole purpose of finding potential locations to host their future meetings, incentives, conferences, expositions, or events.
The Luxury Meetings Showcase & Reception is an efficient 3-hour event, versus a high-cost, time-consuming trade show. The format ensures that every meeting planner meets face-to-face with every supplier via our semi-structured Speed Meetings™ format, while simultaneously enjoying a reception with heavy hors-d’œuvre, open bar, prizes, charity silent auction, and gifts from our global gifting partners…… oh…. and most importantly having FUN with your industry colleagues IN-PERSON!

4:00 pm-4:30 pm – Attendee arrival & reception while enjoying light appetizers & specialty cocktails. Check-in, pick up your name badge & swag bag, and take a moment to say hi to all your friends and colleagues.
4:30 pm-4:50 pm – Introduction of our host hotel/venue, corporate gifting partners, and our charity recipient Sleep in Heavenly Peace 501(c)(3) by our Emcee Jacob Ahrens.
4:50 pm-7:00 pm – Speed Meetings™ between Meeting Planners & Hoteliers/Suppliers while enjoying heavy hors-d’œuvre and open bar. This time allows for networking between meeting planners & attending hoteliers via our semi-structured Speed Meeting™ format, which ensures every meeting planner has ample time to meet with every hotelier and vice versa. In-between Speed Meetings™ show participates may actively peruse and bid on the various items that are in the charity silent auction.
7:00 pm – Silent auction closes & collection of completed Speed Meeting™ Passport from the attending meeting planners.
7:15 pm – 7:30 pm – Announcement of how much money was raised for charity recipient Sleep in Heavenly Peace 501(c)(3). Drawing of prizes for the meeting planners who completed their Speed Meeting™ Passport, via the silent auction and raffle of prizes to the attending hoteliers.
7:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Attendee departure

As Luxury Meetings resumes in-person meetings amidst the waning days of this global pandemic, we recognize the need to implement the latest safety protocols. To operate our Luxury Meetings events responsibly, it is vital that we take every action to make our participants, suppliers, and staff feel comfortable with the precautionary actions that we’ve implemented. There is a myriad of considerations and resources which we and our host venues have explored and will employ to provide a comfortable and effective environment for networking in person that is as safe as possible.
