She has witnessed and led her clients through 4 decades of MarTech evolution. She has led 5 generations in Publishing, Finance, Automotive, Education & Luxury.

During COVID she changed her title from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Optimism Officer. Optimism, high voltage energy and challenging beliefs are hallmarks of Rekha’s career as a Marketing Executive, Keynote Speaker, Advisor to Fortune 500 companies and Author of the upcoming book: The OG’s Guide to the Multigeneration Workplace.
