Get ready to sweat: Classes combine 25-30 minutes on the
treadmill with 25-30 minutes of strength training on the floor.
Don’t forget to bring water or buy it at the Front Desk. Hydration is
mission critical for your health – for real. You’ll also need workout
clothes and running shoes, we’ve got everything else covered.
