Julian Duncan is the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for the Houston Rockets, where he leads the strategic and creative development of all marketing, branding, digital, innovation, experiential, retail, content production, community, and promotional strategies and tactical execution platforms. Previously the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of social responsibility for the Jacksonville Jaguars and their Bold Events experiential company, Duncan has more than a decade of brand management and marketing experience with globally recognized sports brands, Nike and Under Armour. Sarah Gibson is a seasoned department head with diverse experience and a passion for creative, solutions-based leadership. As VP of Suites (Business Development, Sales, Strategy) for the Houston Rockets and Toyota Center she is responsible for managing and fostering connections and translating them into strategic suite/premium partnerships (sales & relationships, contract negotiation). Her focus is on revenue generation (both organic and strategic) and sell-thru, while ensuring the long-term health of the business is protected. Sarah’s eye for experience design and new revenue stream creation helps re-align and re-imagine inventory in bold ways. Sarah has built her career on creating best-in-class creative thinking and performance techniques.
